Overview
How we make plant nursery bags and tubing
Seedlings are raised in soil-filled sleeves until they are strong enough to plant out. Nursery tubing comes on rolls that the nursery cuts to length and fills, and we also cut it into finished nursery bags to the size the customer requires.
The black film blocks light to the roots and holds moisture in the soil, and it is strong enough to be filled, carried and stacked through the growing season.

Every order can be specified by film technology (compostable, oxo-biodegradable or conventional), size, gauge, colour and print. Multi-colour flexo printing runs up to 1600 mm wide.
