Graphic and design
Technical support to create or refine packaging that aligns with client branding.
Before any resin is melted, our design team works through the packaging with you: the size that fits your product, the film that protects it, and artwork that carries your brand. Send a logo and we prepare print-ready artwork for flexo printing.

Extrusion
Raw materials are processed into films with precise thickness and quality.
Polyethylene granules are melted and blown into a tube of film on our extrusion lines. Thickness is checked with a gauge as the film runs, so a roll ordered at one gauge stays at that gauge from the first metre to the last.

Flexo printing
High-quality printing on multiple substrates up to 1600mm wide.
Multi-colour flexographic presses print your design onto the film in register, for branded bags, bread bags, sugar and salt packs and industrial packaging. In 2025 we added advanced multi-colour flexo machines to this line.

Cutting and sealing
Films are cut and sealed into bags with exact size and strength.
Bag cutting machines seal and cut the film into finished bags: garbage bags, bread bags with side gussets, pouches and packing bags. Seal strength and size are set per order, so the bag carries the weight it was made for.

Slitting
Films are slit to required sizes and quantities for distribution.
Wide film is slit down to the widths and roll lengths you ordered, for stretch film, tape, tubing and sheet. Finished rolls are counted, packed and dispatched from Dar es Salaam to our sale points and customers.

Film thickness is measured with a digital gauge while it runs, so a roll ordered at one gauge stays at that gauge. Our quality, environmental compliance and measurement accuracy are certified by TBS, NEMC and WMA.
