Overview
How we make milk pouches
A milk pouch is filled and sealed on the dairy's own form-fill-seal machine from a roll of printed film. The film has to be clean, food safe and strong enough at the seal to survive the cold chain and the trip home.
We print the dairy's brand, product and date panel on the film, and supply it in the width and roll size that fits the filling machine.

Every order can be specified by film technology (compostable, oxo-biodegradable or conventional), size, gauge, colour and print. Multi-colour flexo printing runs up to 1600 mm wide.
