Overview
How we make HD and LD tubing
Tubing is film made as a continuous tube, so it only needs one seal to become a bag. Packers use it on their own sealing machines to make bags of any length, and as outer wraps for products such as cups, paper plates and straws.
HD tubing is thinner and crisper for the same strength, good for light, rigid goods. LD tubing is softer, more flexible and clearer, good for products that need to be seen and for heavier, softer loads.

Every order can be specified by film technology (compostable, oxo-biodegradable or conventional), size, gauge, colour and print. Multi-colour flexo printing runs up to 1600 mm wide.

What is the difference between HD and LD tubing?
HD (high density) film is thinner and stiffer for the same strength. LD (low density) film is softer, more flexible and clearer.
Can you supply printed tubing?
Yes. Tubing can be printed on our flexo presses before it is wound onto rolls.
